 TESTIMONIALS
Here's what Athletes' Acceleration's newsletter subscribers are saying ...
"Thank you so much for sharing your modern, professional training programs and information. It takes years out of the guess work on our part. It allows us to ensure that we are providing proper and correct training for all trainers and athletes. Thank you & Aloha again."

Maurice Silva
Hilo, Hawaii

"Gentlemen, I have been able to incorporate some of the exercises and training concepts with our male and female soccer athletes of all ages (8-18) with amazing results. We have noticed a significant positive difference in both the speed and ease of movement in some of our "lead footed" players. Your information is helpful regardless of the sport played."
Mike Grafstein B.Ph.Ed,CAT(c),CSCS,YCS,MT Senior Therpaist and Conditioning Consultant
Newmarket, Ontario, Canada

Coach Willie Davis
San Antonio Blazers

"I do not think of another publication devoted simply to becoming a better athlete through speed development. It is great reading and I look forward to learning and incorporating as much of each issue into my workouts as I can. Keep up the great work. And thank you."
Nicholas McGrain

Lenexa, Kansas

"Brilliant! Really very helpful source of information to keep athletic training for my youth (age 10 and 11 years) soccer team up to date. Just yesterday we beat a team of older kids (average about + 1 year) 4-3 mainly because of our physical resources. 9 months ago we lost 1-4. So our team had tremendous development since, thanks to you guys."

Alex Schultenz
Goettingen, Germany

"I love having access to techniques and training programs that allow me to add creativity to the athletes programs. Not only does it relieve boredom, I find that the athletes understand the purpose of the training and are apt to put 100% effort in performing the program correctly."

Trace Lankford
Track and Field Coach
Los Angeles, California

"It amazes me how much I can learn and can directly apply to my own training from these seemingly simple newsletters. The information is always straight forward and logically presented and easy to understand. Thanks so much for your help, I always look forward to reading your newsletter."

L. Hogan
Auckland, New Zealand

"I am always waiting for the next issue to arrive with a sense of anticipation and excitement. You Guys are doing a great job that crosses all borders and boundaries. It does make a difference and it is appreciated. Keep up the good work."

Trevor
Gold Coast, Australia

"The information and training techniques from you have been the most impactful resource in helping me carve out a substantial Athletic Performance Enhancement training business in only one year!!!!"

Steve H.
Temple Fitness Solutions
Saline, Michigan

"Thank you so much for making this information easily available. I coach a very talented group of girls lacrosse players and we've been able to implement much of your advice to help in our practice planning. It has been a huge asset to the success of our team. There is a shortage of sport-specific information out there for our sport, but this is one resource that we've certainly been able to put to good use! Thank you."

Gretchin McMunn
Westminster, Maryland

"Solid, no non-sense speed development techniques, drills and workouts. Always great pieces to glean from the expert perspectives whether directly written about your sport or not. Also good stuff on recognizing running/speed development injuries from over training or incorrect emphasis or technique in drills. These folks are the real McCoy and will either reinforce good programs with good track records or dispel myths you've been adhering to for too long...and give you sound technical options to replace the old "we always did it like this" drills and workouts."

Coach Chip Reiter
Placentia, California

"The information in this newsletter is second to none and has been a great addition in my training tool box. I look forward to many relevant articles in the future."

Jimmy Lamour
Performance Enhancement Coach
Jamestown, North Carolina

"Awesome stuff! As a strength and conditioning coach working with professional athletes, I highly recommend your newsletter to my athletes and other coaches. You keep the information current and on the cutting edge which is what we need at our level."

Coach Kevin Gendron MS, CSCS
Better Athletic Development
Shelton, Connecticut

"Common sense is the key to everything! Each afternoon I end up working with 10 to 20 athletes on their conditioning programs. Straight forward common sense terminology makes it a little less challenging. The information that you provide is straight forward and key to having successful workouts with multiple athletes in a variety of sports. Thanks for being such a great resource."

Larry Espinoza
Flossmoor, Illinois

"This is the most comprehensive newsletter out there. Every topic is described perfectly so even the beginner can understand it clearly. Great resource for any coach, athlete, or interested parent."

Dave Robbins
Foxboro, Massachusetts

"I get all of the credit from my clients that I work with who are interested in improving their athletic performance. The actual truth is that you guys and your science based, practical and effective programming deserve most of the credit. You have provided me with the tools and motivation necessary to provide solid instruction to my clients. A sincere thank you is in order."
